| George Francis was born at Creswick about April 1873. He was the sixth child of Mary Ann and John.2,3 | |
| George Francis Williams died of chronic bronchitis (four months duration), congestion of the lungs and exhaustion at Red Gully in Creswick at 4 pm on 31 October 1873, aged six months. He was seen by a doctor three days earlier. He was buried at Creswick cemetery on 1 November with his brother William Charles. The informant was his brother John Joseph Williams who also witnessed the burial. The 'undertaker by whom certified' is J Williams; perhaps John buried his son.4,3,1 | |
