Story

Leonard started at St Brendan's primary school Shepparton in 1936.1
 
Move to Melbourne 
The family moved to Melbourne and lived in Collingwood for a short time during the War years. They returned to Shepparton when there was fear of a Japanese invasion of Melbourne.2
