| Marriage and Family Ken Milovitch and Gloria Taylor married around 1960 in Geraldton. They had four children, two born in Geraldton and two in Queensland.1 |

| Gardener Ken was a school gardener in the Geraldton suburb of Rangeway. He also grew gladioli and put them in every year for Billie Shepheard, owner of Shepheard's Hotel. Billie loved Ken's gladdies.5,6

| Ken died at home at age 45. He was the first of the eleven siblings to die, and his death due to stroke was a shock because he had seemed so fit and healthy, including in a photo taken just three weeks before. He died while working in his beloved gladioli patch.6,5 |
